On June 7, 2018—one day after Russell was granted emergency custody and a domestic violence restraining order—Walsh emailed her boyfriend Matan Gavish a file titled "SR Abuse log." The email contained a single question: "What do you think of my abuse journal? Spent all day writing it."

The document was written in the third person, a perspective inconsistent with contemporaneous personal documentation of experienced abuse. Walsh solicited editorial feedback from Gavish, treating the document as a draft requiring review rather than as a record of lived experience.

Within the same 24-hour period, Walsh also: (1) communicated with Gavish about "bringing the bastard down," and (2) separately contacted Grandma Linda (Russell's mother) pleading with her to persuade Russell not to proceed with court action. Three parallel strategies—fabricated defense, planned offense, attempted suppression—pursued simultaneously.

Visual artifact: The abuse journal email banner and related screenshots are preserved in the SLE image archive (sle_archive/abuse_journal_banner.jpg).

Relevance: Phase II Post 13B - Documents immediate post-custody fabrication of abuse counter-narrative
